I am proud to hold the prestigious Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and I am fully licensed by the state of California. Furthermore, I hold the designation of being an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

With over 21 years of experience in Southern California, I have had the privilege of delivering speech, language, and feeding therapy services in various settings such as universities, hospitals, schools, and clinics. My time spent in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) has given me invaluable insight into the importance of supporting the parent-baby dyad. I am also well-versed in several effective treatment methods, including the PROMPT method, the Beckman Oral Motor Method, Hanen methods, and specialized training in orofacial myology.

My approach to therapy is holistic, encompassing the entire child and their environment, including parents, pets, siblings, and caregivers. I strongly believe in the power of collaboration and the importance of involving all relevant individuals in the therapeutic process.

Beyond working directly with families, I also take immense pride in providing training and education to medical professionals on a local, national, and international scale. Through workshops, lectures, and consultation sessions, I aim to empower and educate others in the field.

When it comes to assessments, I take a comprehensive approach, thoroughly evaluating both structure and function. The resulting treatment plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of the baby, family, and caregivers involved. Rest assured, no two therapy plans are alike, as I strive to personalize each one to ensure optimal outcomes.
